Smoke and mirrors? Chill out dude. It's 83.00, $50 a month less than what you reported. I only wanted to set the record straight. I"m not into pissing games, you're happy at Holland, I'm happy for you. Any of our LTL companies would provide a great living for a family.

Many of us forget, Not all Regions / Terminals / Hubs pay the same and whatever good idea fairy crap @ a LTL company. That crap indeed varies!
Unlike MEGA OTR companies can print hundreds of thousands recruitment brochures with the same exact Mileage pay Maine to Alaska<--- I'm probably wrong, It's the weekend and don't care
-
im not the one that reported false, maybe yours is cheaper in pa than in nj or ny? others confirmed 96.50.
-
You said "OD doesn't pay overtime, period." OD pays overtime.

I would like to know how many guys actually get OT at ODFL? My guess is not many have ever seen it nor will they. Of course if I had to work 60 hrs to get it I wouldn"t want to see it. Loldarthanubis and already gone Thank this.

I had a T.M. tell me insurance was $96 a week for family coverage.already gone Thanks this.

OT after 60 means no willing to pay OT
darthanubis, XFM2013 and already gone Thank this. -
I run into 3 OD drivers: EVERYDAY....and each of them told me that they don't get OT...... But maybe it's just like that out here in Cali 😕already gone Thanks this. -
Probably not.

Yep, it's really a wash. You compare a city driver's check from OD with ABF, YRC, or another LTL carrier, and you'll find it's pretty comparable. Really nothing to get uptight about.darthanubis and zoekatya Thank this.
