Been seeing a bunch of prime trucks at work now that in back on days 1-4 a day sysco central fl in ocoee fl also spotted a older prime truck today wonder if it was someone on here. Remember one memeber mention he drove for a O/O threw prime n drove a Columbia I think. That's what I seen today in Leesburg around 7:30am parked in a dirt lot off hwy 27 n was still there around 6pm when I came home

Looks like overnight at SLC. Got some issues.

When we left Iowa 80 the next day around noon heading for SLC, my co-driver tried to take a picture of every car/truck off the road or wrecked to keep count. We did not count any vehicle only on berm like they pulled over. Some places they came up so fast he couldn't take pictures of them fast enough. Also unknown was how many had already been pulled out before we passed.

By the camera, we had a count of over 150 from Iowa 80 to the western state line. At least three dozen or more were rigs. Keep in mind, we missed prob a dozen or more. That was an average of more than a vehicle every two miles.

Unbelievable, but we do have the pictures.

No, not unbelievable. I80 through Iowa is a wrecking yard after every major winter storm. In all the winters I've been out here, its always the same. IMHO, its the worst piece of interstate highway in the nation during the winter.

Auburn AL, at the Wally World.

That I can agree with ironpony what very short time I've been out here. I believe we (prime) lost a driver up there on the other side of cheyenne. And right at exit 27 where 76 splits off there was a mangled up truck, (I can't remember if that's the right exit number) looks like it caught fire, hope the drivers alright.

Were sitting at old johnsons corner off i25 north of denver can't remember exit number headed out to Kansas City in a couple of hours

Happens every winter. Drivers of all kinds of vehicles seem bent on revalidating the physics of speed...and end up also proving the physics of motion. Slowing down - way down - will help mitigate ditch diving.

    Two interesting (or not) factoids:

** Greeneville, TN, is the only town in the US that puts that 'e' in their name after 'Green.'
** I know that because I once interviewed with an all-cargo airline based there long ago as their Chief Pilot. For some reason, I rejected their eventual (very lucrative) offer. I think I blamed my youth. Or something.
