in my understanding this engine its not loaded with hundred sensors , computers etc... its just hard to find good mechanic... i have also other problem (vibration on different speeds) and i spend around $6-$7k and no results... its easy to say change this and if will not helps we can change other parts...
so i'm thinking... its boosting 15psi around 1800-1900rpm so maybe its problem with EPG? it open little more on very high rpms? i was driving yestersay w/o trailer on highway to check few things and let say from 0-80mph (pedal to the floor) it will boost only 5-7psi... with trailer it need more power to pull so only then its boosting 15psi on high rpms.... its so wird...
how to check this EPG and how to check fuel pressure? i will do it my self....

On my isx, the solenoid that supplies air to the turbo actuator went bad and my turbo was stuck open all the time. With that I would see 20 psi of boost at 18-19 rpm.

Exhaust Temps were through the roof. Melted my air box and cracked my turbo housing.

took care of the solenoid (and a new turbo) and now when I'm loaded I see 37 psi at 11 rpm.

Well your turbo should be fine.. I'm not sure how the system is on the d12, but don't you have something after the turbo that regulates exhaust?
