Trucks are set at 67 as long as you maintain at least 6.8 mpg and <5% idle time. If you can not maintain those numbers it automatically derates to 65 until numbers are achieved.

Is Casey P (I'm not going to share the full last name, but there is one) a real recruiter at Big G? I've gotten a few emails from her in the last week or two that almost sound like they're broadcast messages from an email bot.
-
Yes Casey is a real person. She is a very sweet lady. I've met her myself, so I have direct and firsthand knowledge of her personhood.
-
That's good to know! I don't mind broadcast messages, but not as answers to my own email questions.

Just curious if u may know off hand if they hire outta, cleveland oh? I have read this whole thread, and it sounds like a decent place, and I know I can and will find out from them tomorrow, but just seeing if I'd be wasting my time, Ty in advance, be safe driver!

We have a very large customer account in Zanesville, and I've delivered to the greater cleveland area many times. That being said, I do not know if we hire out of cleveland.

Southeast Carriers has long runs to Cali and back plus no Northeast
Don't think you'll get that at Big G -
I am going to orientation for Southeast Carriers Tuesday. Big G wouldn't hire me out of Mobile Al which is fine. Southeast Carriers sounds like a great company and hopefully a good fit for me.
-
I am currently en-route to Calexico, CA. Since the first of the year I've also been to the Bay Area in NorCal and to Phoenix. I've also been to the NE too many times to count and I just got back from Northern MI. Big G is increasing their volume of west coast freight. There are plenty of long runs to be had.Leftnut Thanks this.
