Happens even when the vehicle is not moving. We called Peterbilt. They have no idea...maybe the antenna? The antenna is still there. We tried to do the update ourselves but we can't get into the system because the button is grey. Sounds like we will have to take the truck to the stealership (VERY, VERY good one!!!).

Don't you need to get the information from the truck and then put it on your PC first? How did you do your update?
Thx.

the update is a software issue and not a map update available only to the dealerships...I work at one
-
My biggest complain is having to re-set my cellphone Bluetooth to the radio everytime I restart the truck. Sometimes going down the road it shuts down for no reason and Bluetooth connectivity goes with it. You have to pull over, restart the truck or the navigation won't work. Also this is required to reconnect your phone Bluetooth again.
I wish there was a bypass feat or hack for it. -
Are you at a dealership in Ontario? It sounds like you know what you are doing!!
-
We have the same problem in our Pete. If you ever figure out how to bypass this so you don't have to pull over, please let me know. It is a drag to lose the hands-free cellphone because of the Bluetooth

We were finally able to get the Pete in to the dealership and they did exactly what you said needed to be done - Now we aren't going around in circles!!!
Thanks so much uvulabruzr!!!
