My PTL Log (New to the industry)

This is awesome thanks for posting your experience. When going to phase 2 do you team with another newbie?

How is the pay for P2 training done, how much is the cents per mile, and are you paid for the total miles the truck ran, or are the miles split in half between you two?

Coast to Coast? Seriously? Since when did PTL start running west of El Paso? You sure paint a Rosy picture there Ugly!

 

Their phase 2 teams run all over the country. It's called their 40,000 miles to freedom program. If you are fresh out of school after you are done with your company trainer you team drive with another rookie for 40k miles. After that they will assign you your own truck and you'll never see the west coast ever again.

 

where around L.A. do they deliver?

 

From Commerce, to Gardena, to Culver City... Frankly too many places all around the LA basin to mention. But you'll go there a lot as a team & while in training.
