I'm a Dispatcher, I think Im being under paid, what do you think?

So, what do you think you should be paid for the work that you are doing? After you figure that out, look for another job and, when you find it, tell your current employer what he has to pay to keep you. If he says no, then take the new job. If he says ok, then you at least have a choice. IDK anything about dispatching, so my advice is probably worth about what it cost you. lol

 

You're wasting your time attempting to reason with someone like that. Go find another job. Period.

You can take home more each week if you go get a part-time job at Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. He pays you jack ****. I'm at a complete loss as to how that gives him any kind of leverage.

 

You're putting too much thought into this. You're working for an #####****. He's not going to fairly compensate you. You can either go to him with your tail between your legs begging for a raise (I say begging, because what he's paying you now is not even in the ballpark)...or you can go find something else to do.

Unless you've got a significant rap sheet...it shouldn't be very hard to find a job making more than you are at the moment.

 

It sounds like you've made your decision. Stick around and work for peanuts until your perfect dispatching job pops up.
