2hr parking limit

In CT, although never posted, drivers park at the scale houses. However, the "smart driver"? High tails it outta there before 6 AM!

 

In 2010 I had a dedicated route that took me past that same rest area on I-64 that you're talking about, and I woke up to a chalk mark on my steer tire.. I guess the dot didn't care what the governor said.. I was gone before they came back.

 

I'll have to remember to invest in some chalk, and write a nice note to anyone marking my tires to please keep their picture drawing to the pavement, this is private property.
