They have special lightweight dry vans that can scale an extra 2-3,000 lbs. I bugged out one time when I saw bills with 46-47k but those newer lightweight vans with the super singles and aluminum and composite everything can scale some pretty heavy loads.
Load is 47,429, is this legal? Can I even scale it?

If you have issues getting that on any van, somethings wrong! With my last 53' reefer and a SilverStar, I could get 46K on as long as I was light on fuel.

Seems like a 43-44k load puts gross at around 77-78k with a regular nothing special dry van and typical fleet spec sleeper tractor so you could probably push it up to 48-49k with a lightweight van if you go all the way up to max gross.

When I was at Stevens Transport we were contracted to haul 46,000 lbs for Tropicana out of Bradenton, FL. So when we were dispatched on a FL load, we were instructed to have no more than 75 gallons of fuel upon being empty for that customer.
