Well I have worked hard for five weeks and now the weather chose to be icy. I was suppose to test out of school this afternoon but now it may end up being next week. I am a patient person but ready to get this done and go to work already. We have had decent weather all these weeks but the lord had other plans in mind, not fussing at all just disappointed. Tri County Tech is a great school for anyone interested...$3,550, five weeks, over 160 hrs, max of four people per class and all in the same truck with seats & seat belts in the sleeper. The instructors are good people and patient and are former otr drivers, with only four students that means lots of driving time and I have to say the observing other student drive also helped. We kept our own log books these weeks and 2 days of map reading, they said we did not need to rely on e logs or gps because both could fail. Anyway hopefully I can test later this week but if not next weeks weather looks better for now. Ready to go back to work!

Seriously, sounds like a high quality school and understandable you're disappointed on the weather delay, but like Patty said "Hang in there, you've waited this long a few more days is nothing." I agree, even a delay till next week is really no biggie, in the grand scheme of your lengthy future career.
