Original owner was out of Henning, TN
Only 1 service item entry from Foley CAT in New Jersey at 173,868 miles for a Cat service letter update. -
Another TN 359. Page 7 of the thread below is amusing. There was a fella named Larry Burk aka "Corn Shucker" form Pikeville, TN that ran them back in the day. I called him and he knew the VIN's by heart after all these years. They don't make 'em like that anymore. The trucks neither.

I need a bunk A/C setup and the bunk cabinets but that stuff won't ship worth a darn.
PS how about some pics? You know you don't have to wreck a 359 to get a 13 speed right? -
Kind of off subject but with older equipment its getting harder n harder to find parts for? I've been working on a 8820 JD combine, had to replace shaffers n flitging for my uncle so we had to go down to a salavge yrd found a company that does them aftermarket stuff. With you guys running the well paid for equipment are you having the same problems? Only if the trucks could tell the history we all would in trouble or single lol
-
I'm not but I know where to look for what I need. If your doing the belly pans and augers on the 8820 I feel for you on the belly pan bolts. If it's the unload auger be sure you time it
-
8820 is hard to get parts for because they are unique to that combine only and there weren't a lot of them produced like the smaller combines of that era.
We we have a smaller versatile that has an odd transmission setup in it, there are no more parts any where for it should it break again.
