    Ex-marine here truck driver for over 10yrs including military for artillery. I am very laid back and easy to get along with. I have a 2001 Sterling tractor. Straight 10speed. Looking for driver willing to go out 4-6 weeks at a time before taking home time. I will be 33 soon if that matters, don't smoke or drink. Living in a truck together with anyone can be hard no matter who you are but i think having a cluttered truck adds to the drama. I'm from the Boise Idaho area so need to be reasonably close or home time just wont work.     I have been running a tiny small trucking company for a couple of years with four trucks on the road but my typical days are occupied with finding the loads, supporting and dispatching our drivers and obviously dealing with the pile of paperwork that comes with the highly regulated industry that we work in. Hence, I never had the opportunity to be on the road myself but I would like to do that if I could find the right team driver.
    You would need to be very experienced and willing to work with someone new. I am clean, very adaptable and easy to get along. You need to be the same and must be willing to share your years of experience with someone who I would consider to be a new bee on the road. We have well maintained late model equipment that is also California Compliant. You will get a higher percentage of the per mile rate based upon your experience and for your efforts to train/teach.
