When I flew home for new years I had a rented a car. They have need a Nissan Altima I think. It was one of those that has the push button ignition and I'm sitting there in the rental trying punch in my start code and push the nonexistent clutch through the floor to start this automatic car. Once I figured out there wasn't a code or clutch I started looking for the corner good mirrors to check my blind spots. Once I realized those weren't there I finally realized I didn't have a trailer attached to me and I could make that right turn out if the parking lot. Once I got to the freeway I tried seeing cruise control and kept waiting for my #### annoying onguard system to tell me I was to close or attempt to slow me down and kept thinking something must be wrong with my lane assist since it wasn't going off every time I thought any changing lanes.
Yeah, it had been 5 months since I drove a four wheeler. I couldn't wait to get back to my truck. I made my parents or my younger brother do all the driving while I was home.
Prime spoils us in these fancy trucks, lol.
Good luck!

Earle AR... getting one of the trailer brake cans R&R'd.
BTW... if you're on I40 from around mm240 to the TN line, use extreme caution. The road surface is a mess with pot holes on both sides. One of our trucks is in the garage here with engine damage. -

Sumter SC... day late because of slacking shipper and leaking brake can. Hate this kind of ####. Thanks to whomever slacked on getting the trailer fixed before they dropped it.
Got out of north Mississippi just before the rain turned to ice. Got up at +8 into my break, and holy cow, I've got an opening here. Ran until I was just outside of Atlanta... great place to take the short side of the split.
