Well I Can't really help ya out on what kind of axle that is. What I will tell ya is this. I put my pusher on my truck 5yrs ago and have not done anything to it but grease it every 5000 miles and put new tiers on it. It is a Silent Drive axle and is rated @ 13200# (ser#UF-1013FA). One thing that I think helps is the fact that I will not run it down on gravel roads. All down miles have been on pavement.

Thanx for the info, I am almost certain it is a older silent ride. It looks like it is heavy and going to need a lot of mounting area.

Look for a tag on it with all of the critical info.
Does it match your frame width? Ive put a wider steer axle off of a freight shaker before. But im not sure how easy or possible a narrower axle work to install.
Ride/frame height. Call the manufacturer to find this out......after you identify who made it of course.
It appears to be an axle worth installing for sure. -
Thanx arsonlarson for the info.
