That enterprise hourly rate is true. I've been told between $30/$34hr to start. However I have also heard no OT until 55+ and they do everything to keep you around 8-10 hrs a day. At a 5-2 5-3 schedule you can do the math on how that works outs for the driver.

I broke out hauling oil for a little mom and pop company call Andrews Trucking that was the begning of the high Serria/NGL oil hauling outfits of west Texas. I left before the buy out but a lot the mangement is still there operating at higher positions within he company around West Texas/Corperate I cannot saying anything bad about them, they are fair and will give you the opportunity to earn a living. I would recommend them in the west Texas region, as for the others I cannot speak.

I knew $30/hr was either BS or there was a major catch involved.

Sentinel is a good job from everything I'm told. They are the crude transport division of Phillips 66. Problem is that camera they have in the truck...monitoring the driver.

    cmbks21 Thanks this.

They also run all of the refined trucks for ConocoPhillips in the Portland OR market. The trucks say 'ConocoPhillips' in big letters on the door and in small print, 'operated by Sentinel'. They told me it was a liability issue. Separate the main company and put transportation through a stand alone subsidiary.
