Gotta know what BBQ is before you can tell the difference between good BBQ and bad BBQ.

I've tried there food, and I wasn't impressed. The sandwich I bought had alot of grissle and fat in it. The hotdog was ok,but I felt that the prices were to high for the low cuts of meat that they were serving. A guy called to me over the CB one day telling me to come over and try there food,I told him that I already have, and that I don't care for there food.He proceeded to call me foul names and the CB fight was on.Throws people are nouthing but low class white trash. The BBQ man in Little Rock AR has way better food and the prices are good + they del to the truck stops.Sure the little trailer is old,but it adds flavor.

Low, slow and smoke ... I'll accept any meat cooked under that technique as BBQ. Now whether or not that method may be best for a particular cut or type of meat factors into what is good BBQ and bad BBQ.
