Absolutely correct. One countries loss is usually another's gain !! As I recall, that's how the US was able to be the first atomic super power - thanks Nazi Germany !!

That said, if you have the ability to financially 'self sponsor' by means of opening your own business (owner operator), all the power to you ! I have NO idea of how that stuff works anymore, but tons of Asian (China, India, Korea, etc ) folks have already done it. Again, keep us informed. 'Luck
