just study, take your time. if its bolted to be truck name it, you cant go wrong like that
lmcclure1220 and BeN DaViS Thank this. -
It's natural to be somewhat nervous, but are you implying you only have one shot at passing the tests, and THAT is what worries you most?
What state are you testing in? And how do you feel your school (assuming a school?) or training is?
How long have you been training/studying?
"Cramming" isn't a good way to remember details. Just try to devote appropriate time to studying and taking a brief break from it if you feel overloaded.
Try to learn the various info for yourself, but don't hesitate to ask, after that... if something really confuses you, or you're not sure of.
The more you absorb & learn, the more confident you'll feel on the test day. -
worried , nervous and a little anxious. If you can answer the questions in the review at the end of each chapter in the CDL book. You should do ok. If you're taking your driving test. Same anticipation. With either written test or driving test. If you don't pass you can always take it again. Good luck.

... " no loose or missing bolts... properly mounted and secured"BeN DaViS Thanks this. -
It's human nature to worry, most of us did, but ...most of us passed. Took mine in spring, driving rain, snow on the road, worried all night, ...in the morning I passed the pre-trip, ace'd the brakes, and passed the drive. No one was more surprised than me! Good luck, & just do it Buddy.

yep, we all were antsy. and i was a auto mechanic for 12 years.
frame cracks. bushings on pretty much everything that swivels. brakes and drums. oil and coolant. air hoses. missing bolts.
those are pretty much the general categories. all the basics that need to be check on any truck fall into one of them categories.
