Spy ware in the truck??

I started out as a driver here so I know how to run hard and "drive at night".

 

Another beauty of a post from this guy. All about the money. Pure and simple. And this dude really thinks the reason they don't pay more to truckers is because of company expenses. Like coverage for drivers spouses. What it boils down to is greed. Pure and simple.

 

Hey man, If you had 1 or 2 bum drivers complaining, I understand that. Some people are lazy or incompetent and you may not know until you hire them and find out, I get it. but are you really trying to convince me or anyone else here that EVERYONE that has left your company and has complained about the operations is because they couldn't run hard and/or drive at night? There is A LOT of negative regarding your company that tells me there is more to the story than what you're trying to sell here.

We? Do you own the company? If not then your nothing but a middle man that has nothing to do with making decisions.

 

I also love those types of employees, nothing but a cog in the machine but think they're the CEO.

I wouldn't mind cameras pointing off the back & off the front and off the sides with views for the driver and company but .... No camera pointing at the DRIVER the camera is annoying, controlling, insulting.... The company can already see their equipment from satellite..... Drivers are the captains of these ships they all want the full credit for these voyages, they don't need or want some office boy telling them they did something wrong, if the company has a problem keeping drivers in the seat then the company must not be worth working for in the first place..... 20 to 30 drivers every Monday seems to be a problem..... Maybe they should start by pointing the cameras away from the drivers to help the drivers in case of accidents..... not trying to put heat on their driving force 😎🏁🏁🏁👍

 

That is true ACT of liberty MO had a conference call with their drivers and the "Owner" of the company that just happens to be a "Lawyer" said that he just signed a 5yr deal to put 3 way cameras in ALL trucks by the end of 2015. The views are as follows... Forward, Driver, Sleeper and it has audio as well. Sooooo you trust my 20yrs perfect driving to handle your loads and to have 100% on time pick up and delivery but you still have fear that I'm driving carelessly?
Make no mistake people these cameras are a nuse on your dash in camouflage. The companies will be the FIRST to hand over the video to the prosecutor to save there own ###. You will simply be sacrificed for the companies greater good. After all we are replaceable remember ?!?
