I'm trying to get this job as a local delivery driver of chemicals. pays good, they can't seem to find anyone with hazmat around here.

I was offered a job hauling a belly dump but I told the guy he'd have to come up on the pay. $13.50 and hr isn't enough to drive my suburban almost an hour each way

 

Actually they wouldn't fire me for the out of route deadhead. can't say I didn't try Ended up having to quit, they just made me mad threatening my job but they were to much a bunch of pansies to actually fire me.

 

I'm thinking they wouldn't fire you because of having to pay your unemployment, should you file.

 

TX has one of the hardest unemployment insurance to get in the country. I was not elegable for it yet anyways.

 

It was just a thought.
