Yeah, I have been teaching from the truck via the internet. Allot of time spent on there with more and more new pilots entering the SIM each week.

    FullMetalJacket Thanks this.

Interesting. Imagine that...........a pilot at a Pilot, teaching pilots.

    From a truck! I love it! :biggrin_25523:

Gotta get my license soon. Maybe next year.

I don't check in here as often as I used to...

just wanted to make sure my you guys understand that my last post about claims was to inform and not criticize IP.

a night claims associate would be a welcome addition to the night dispstchers, but wouldn't speed up the decision process. They follow the same procedures.

without a preset claims agreement for certain situations, decision falls to the customers. A Prime night claim associate would collect the same info from the driver, follow the same set of instructions the night dispatcher would follow, and wait for a decision from the customer just like a night dispatcher would.

Typically they would be waiting till morning for a decision from the customer just like night dispatch.

As I former driver I certainly understand a lot if the frustrations drivers have with what goes on with the office side. It goes both ways. Some drivers require more attention/supervision than others and sometimes that attention is detrimental to the drivers who get the job done.

    ironpony and FullMetalJacket Thank this.

Do have a blower & an airline hook up to glad hands that will slip up front drain holes, though. (I'll keep that my own little secret for a bit!) :biggrin_25525:
