    You're absolutely right! Coming from a Driving Instructor background of many years I DO know the city well. I've heard of extra pay made by drivers who drive into NYC, and if I'm already living in it why not profit from it?!! I might even get home more often, right? How are those AC in those trucks? Because I'm sure I'll spend a lot of time stuck on the Cross Bronx, BQE, Van Wyck, etc. but, hey, I'll be able to say hello to my friends. Great idea. Thank you!

    You know, that sounds like a good idea but I may never see my lovely wife. I'm a big fan of getting out and seeing the sights. But I get the impression that hoteling it and renting a car may get a little expensive. Is it? Your idea also sounds like a really good anti-burnout recipe.

    It could get expensive, but you dont have to do it each and every time. But it definitely cures cabin fever.
