Okay put a new dump v alve in truck, but now when truck raises to highest point a little flap opens on the new valve and lets all the air out! Any reason for this? bad valve? is there a pressure sensor somewhere? God knows there are sensors everywhere. any help would be appreciated.

There's a rod that goes from the valve to the suspension somewhere. Get that hooked up?

Did you put the airlines back on the right way. Had this happen on a trailer once. The exhaust and fill lines were on backwards.
