I wonder if this is the same England driver I saw, about a year and a half ago now, at a small truckstop on SB SR 99, North of Bakersfield. I went in there to take a wizzard and get a cup of coffee and get back on the road to L.A. This guy got off the truck wearing skinny, tapered-like sweatpants, a tank top, and sandals. He had his toes painted a sort of light purple color. Maybe he was looking for the nail salon in that one.
