Should look something like this http://www.amazon.com/Volvo-Truck-20377499-Solenoid-Valve/dp/B002LCD3EU. Also check fuse F18 on the electrical panel. Check this out http://www.volvotrucks.com/SiteColl...erating Instructions for Fuses and relays.pdf

Got it, it was the Valve and cost 100 bucks at dealer. I know I could've got online cheaper but everyday its sitting in yard its costing me money. And I need it asap. Now to the next problem, ABS light.

Glad you fixed your horns. Can you post codes for abs? Could be a faulty wheel sensor. Also, I had an issue with mine that was caused by a loose wheel bearing on the drives. The loose bearing caused too much distance between the sensor and tone ring on the wheel

Its under the cab, on the cross member that goes over the transmission output. Its like a row/box with many lines going into it. I will try to get part# and image.

    ROADONE Thanks this.

If your abs says operation failed make sure u check all your fuses possible someone removed fuse you should have 2 15 amp fuses is should say abs1 and abs2 I believe its between fuse 50 and fuse 60

    Hi guys,
I have a 2004 FM12 and also having problems with my horns.
I have replaced the contact ring under the steering wheel.
I am not getting any power down at the horns, Fuse 18 is ok and has power.
Where do I find the plug out of the cab that I can check power?
Does anyone have the wiring diagram, all I have is the attached.

    Cheers

Also as FYI I have ran power direct from the battery and my electric horn works fine.
