I wear Alpine Stars racing shoes while driving. Red Wing composite toed boots when out of the truck. Especially around those filthy fuel islands.

Any type of shoe or sneaker that I can kick off easy when I need to go back to the sleeper compartment. If you notice most drivers are wearing something like I do. Boots, especially cowboy boots, are not that popular any more.

Sperry topsider boating shoes for everyday & driving. On n off couldn't be any easier, and good traction in all sorts of weather.
And Bogs Rancher pull-on rubber insulated, steeltoed manure kickers for doing the dirty work. -

I've been wearing Red Wing work boots for 20 years, and always drove in them. I've been doing it so long now that I couldn't imagine wearing anything else.
Besides, while others' mileage may vary, from where I sit there is absolutely no excuse for failing to at least attempt to keep a professional appearance on the road.KW Cajun Thanks this. -
New Balance for driving, and I keep a pair of Dickies steel toed boots for the yards that require them.
