$40K and I'm gonna do what they say can't be done

I don't mind a few stops if I'm paid for them. I hate multiple pickups though for some reason. And when I ran reefer and was unlucky enough to end up in Los Angeles then I ALWAYS had mulitiple pickups

 

Yup all long the coast, what i hated the most is going to santa maria, it was always hurry up and wait, 36 hours one time in the same dock.

I dont mind the drops either, thats what i do with my local produce, but flowers was going to flower shops, with busy streets, or sometimes tight parking lots ment for cars, rolling over curbs etc, unloading with a lift gate, pushign racks to the back. Ahhhhhhh i hated it. With produce its always going to a customer with docks, and i never have more than 4 drops, dont have to worry about unloading either, usually in the milwaukee area, only one that sucks is off national ave south of downtown, freakin garden fresh, but its way better than any flower places i ever been to........ Cant wait for that season.

 

you should check out the mobile medical scanners I've been hauling the last 7 years. The older one are SO loud it's like standing next to a freight train. they are 6 cyl john deere gen sets running at max RPM. the new ones have a foot of foam inside the shrouds and all sorts of funky angles for the air to run through before it can get in or out. you can't hear them running even with the truck shut off.

 

not to mention it's in just about as bad a neighborhood as you can find in Milwaukee

 

Whens the last time you seen a produce place in a good neighborhood? lol But its really not that bad over there, i go there in the day time.

 

ya they all suck. I know where it's at. next time you'r over there check out the bar with the Pink triangle sign over the door on National. you'll like that place

 

back in High school a girl I went out with sometimes was found on 21st and national in her car with a hole in her head. They said she was buying pot but I know that was a lie. If it were the case she woulda been at my house. Fact is she was looking for crack but the family wouldn't admit that. She was one of them high rent chicks from the high class neighborhood and we just cant have that now can we!
