Stay Far Away From AIT in Phx, AZ

I went to SWTDT. No complaints, really. Training was rushed, but they got me done in five weeks for less than 4K.

Would have been cheaper through a community college, but that would have tied me up for 4-6 months with no income.

They had Werner and Covenant come through for recruiting. I was on TTR by then, and realized there were better options available, thankfully.

Don't blame the school for your lack of a job. It's your job to get a job.

 

Who did you start out with after graduation? I'm thinking about starting with freymiller

 

You're lucky it was only 8K.

here we have a school that charges at the very least, 11k

 

I laid $1500 at Arizona cdl school. I started at Fanny Herman right out of school and have been taking home $1200 week average

 

I assume the school is in AZ right? Do you know if they take financial aide or anything or is it a cash only deal? Did the school help you get Fanny Herman or was that on your own? Last question is what companies recruit from that school?
I know I am playing 20 question here. I am trying to get into this industry for a stable career for me and my family. Thanks for your post and really glad to hear your doing very well for yourself. Thanks in advance for your help too.

 

Thank you Bobtail Barry, for your post. I was looking at that school. I was looking at options to get into this industry. I have applied to Roehl and will have to see how that goes. Thanks again on the heads up with that situation.
