If you are going to get input from drivers capture the extra stuff too. Take a quarter of the year minimum and capture
Gross pay divided by days worked. Actual money per day is what you are looking for. Even the yearly gross numbers are misleading because some work 300 days a year and some work 200.UKJ Thanks this. -
Will do, have not got any input yet. For those who wish to contribute, feel free to PM me so it's not public and I won't mention who sent me what. Just please send real figures so we can keep it as accurate as possible.

Webber's main terminal is in Kankakee, IL, but they have a terminal in El Paso. If you do regional, it's .41cpm, while otr is .38. Don't want medical thru them? Add .02. Don't want holiday or vacation pay? Add .01
Are you saying that once you're unloaded, they pay you? -
I'm looking really hard at Averitt now personally. I could run regional out of Kalamazoo and it shows their pay raise scale for new guys.
This exciting opportunity provides on-the-job training with an experienced Averitt driver trainer where you will enjoy running the open roads for up to 6 weeks where you will benefit from the knowledge of your own personal trainer and mentor. During this training, Averitt will pay you $600 per week, plus you'll enjoy all the benefits of being an Averitt Associate.
After successful completion of your training your pay scale will be:
(w/potential to earn an additional 1/2 cpm fuel bonus after training is complete)
37 cpm after training
38 cpm at 90 days
40 cpm at 6 months ($1,500 tuition assistance bonus)
42 cpm at 12 months
44 cpm at 18 months
46 cpm at 24 months
Just need to know if there's the miles there to make a go at it. Also Maverick is on my list too. -
You said you were going to go to a college for your cdl? That would take forever.. If I could I would take on the job training too so you don't have a hefty debt afterwards I still owe 6k for my truck driving school. 37 cpm is not terrible at all way better than 25 CRE LOL I would find some dirt on the company first.

Are you a recruiter? And that's what the driver said didn't even ask the company that question after they tried throwing me a penny for not getting medical I made my mind up.
-
Yeah, I am fine paying my own way, it's only 2 semesters plus it counts as a minor so I can pick up a Major later for further education.
-
No, just did my research on potential companies. From what I've seen, most companies don't give you anything if you don't get their medical. At least .02 is something.
-
hey curious have you ever been to or heard anything about the superior/carry terminal in Lakeland FL?
