Absolutely. Look for companies that have plans in place that safeguard your pay. Superior pays $150 a day in layover pay alone. That's $1000 a week even if you don't turn a single mile.

Do they hire from my area?
-
Where are you Joe. They are predominately East Coast based

Ahhhh. I'm in the west now in hiring no man's land.

That won't work. There is a terminal in Parker Az but they are strictly local not OTR

USA Truck's wage listing is wrong. .39 cpm is their top pay for experienced drivers. They start students out at .32 after training, .34 at 6 months, and .35 at a year with annual raises afterwards. I've spoken with a recruiter from there already.

Location issue aside, I'm not sure you would like Superior. Don't get me wrong, you seem like you would definitely be a good addition, but it would be a huuuuuuuuuge adjustment from the way you like to run to the way we do. I've read some of your posts and there are many times you run more miles in 3 or 4 days than I do all week.joseph1135 Thanks this.

Thanks, I updated it.
