I always liked knowing I was going to have one of a short list of return runs.
Enough to get a little variety when you needed it. But few enough that trip plan was basically auto pilot. -
you pull a lot of grades and you can not decide between the two? you certainly would not save any fuel by going with the little c10 and pulling grades and any weight at all imo.
you have two good friends in the dogs however.no need to let them know that you are torn between the two engines as they might become aloof not unlike my akita does at some of my actions- -

and my reload only 20 miles away

Been in a door at Quaker in Tolleson for almost that long. When they made a big deal out of the fact that this load was supposed to be picked up Saturday, I knew I was in for a wait. It's PepsiCo so you already knew it was going to be a wait.TruckDuo Thanks this.
