Does any company sound bad on it's own website?

Well, accept CRE, who admits that they start drivers at .25 cpm. Most that are in that range just say "Top Pay".

 

Most just advertise $60k a year and don't show cpm. I am going to call my representatives and see how is that not false advertising. Red Bull got sued for 13 million and lost for not literally giving customers wings and "fine print" advertising is no longer holding water in a lot of case and companies have to back up the headline advertisement, the fine print or super rapid speaking at the end of a commercial will be dismissed.

 

All they need to prove is that ONE driver made 60k and that false advertising charge goes the way of the dodo bird.

 

There just hasn't been a ruckus over it yet and most these companies will fail the smell test in court with their offering in ads and websites vs what drivers actually are making.

Talking with my congressman about CR England flease program and how it works. He thinks it violates the federal fair leasing laws and IRS regulations. So he is going to start looking in to it.
