    Re-read my post. I thanked you for being honest about screwing O/O's out of 17% of the FSC.

    Your drivers make a very good paycheck with the linehaul and effective load planning.

    Translation : They work harder than they truly have to because they are losing 17% of the FSC on every load.

    I definitely can appreciate the brutal honesty of this forum and it's members. Everybody is looking out for each other and bringing attention to any issues they may see.

    Maybe this will help clarify the pay by putting it into different terms but the same payout. The FSC is paid out at 100% while the Line Haul is paid out in a range of 68-69% depending on the customer's current FSC at that time. Any driver at anytime can stop in(and should if they do not understand it) and inquire about the rates they are being paid and how it is broken down.
