I download games all the time on the net.
It all depends on the limit they give you...
When I used to have Direcway they had a 150Mg download limit within 4 hours, you hit that and you barely could surf the web cause it was so slow.(slower then dialup) you had to wait till it trickled back to you and like 150Mg bucket would fill backup..
I always was hitting that cap.... -
I know way too many poeple that would go over that limit! my friends dad always plays games online for at least 6 hours a day!

This is just another slap in the face for the consumer by big corps.and out of control big goverment.
Time Warner probably has some FCC items on the table and part of their trade off during negotiations with the feds will be taxes collected off the metered Internet access. -
Looks like I will go back to my unlimited wireless card. I will be #### if I'm paying time warner anymore for there service.....
