    Had this very problem in 2004 Volvo when it was new. I found a 4 digit code in the owners manual. Entered it and no problems.

    The one in my '15 is pretty fancy. Sirius xm capability, Bluetooth speakerphone, caller ID that syncs with your contacts list so it displays number and name on the dash, Bluetooth music capability that shows the song name and artist on the radio display and allows you to browse your music with the steering wheel controls, USB port that produces enough juice to charge a Galaxy Note 3.

    Finally. Called TEC in Portland, got the 4 digit code, entered it in, and wahlah! Radio again.
