No, I get into trouble too easy though....

I have a site I use to vent my frustrations. I keep getting deleted though.

Toxic and all caps. Don't know what to say ...feel a little queezy ... something toxic in the air
-
Because there comfortable. Not me, I won't settle and neither should any of you.
-
Totally agree with you! People become content and take the .40 cpm jobs.

My last mileage pay job was $.45 cpm and it paid hub miles. I typically did around 2500 on two trips per week...sometimes a little better. There are a lot of crappy Northeast regional jobs that will advertise $.50+ cpm but that won't be hub miles and you'll be lucky to get 2000 paid miles a week. So it doesn't tell the whole story.

Good competent drivers that arnt afraid to get out of bed at 4am and do what needs done legally shouldn't accept lousy pay or treatment .
I'm very seasoned at year 32 accident free and won't work for much less than the .44 cpm I get now and that's with better health , dental and vision insurance than wal mart drivers get .
Won't put up with attitudinal dispatchers that think they are god either !
Wake up drivers !The Big T Thanks this. -
When I got off the highway in Oct 16, I was making .50 cpm plus. I'd get anywhere between 2500-3500 miles a week typically and had weekends(or most of it anyways) off. Had great tarp pay, wicked loads and cool trucks.
I thought that was pretty good. Especially considering I am from northern Ontario, Canada.
Like others have said, I don't know why guys are still working for less than 42-44 a milebzinger Thanks this.
