Prime pays 72%...what you make weekly is up to the individual operator how much you make..

 

Hey Jamaica express, There are two different ways you can go when it comes to leash and a truck with Road Runner. You can get a brand-new Volvo with the ishift, and of course that comes with a warranty for somebody miles "standard Volvo warranty". Or .. There are two other lease companies that can get you equipment. I personally took a freightliner 2012 with a 13 speed I SX that was a used company truck. But I'm also attempting to keep my weekly payments low. I'll talk to guys who have gone new and used, and I imagine in the end when you look at either a highly weekly payment or maintenance cost it may come out to be about the same. But I do like the fact that I got 70% compared to Schneider who only was offering 66%..

 

So far Jamaican, I have only had to take two trailers in my week and a half. I preferred a drop and hook a little bit more but so far my appointments at vendors have been relatively quick. I have put the good and the bad in this thread. I will say that for me it is been a lot of work this first couple weeks but I'm enjoying, no loving every minute of it..

 

thanks Jamaican , I do love my family and I do this every day for them. As far as logs go you can use either paper or electronic . I use the Big Road application on my iPhone.. This way I have electronic log if I get stopped by DOT and it's harder for them to mess with me.. I used the log at my last job and never had any problem with it still gotten plenty of hours. But I have no problem with written logs either I know you can make those work in your vantage sometimes..

Hey if you don't like what she says he just tell her to have a nice day.. But I know you're in your anxiety I was riddled with all these questions myself just a couple short weeks ago. Oh also I forgot to tell you my lease on the truck is only 30 months.. I personally don't plan on keeping the truck I mean but if you want to there is a balloon payment, because of the short amount of time..
