Hey guys, submitted my application today. Can anyone give me an idea of how long they take to process applications? And just like everyone else, I don't need to hear the boo hoo poor me, stupid you comments from people that couldn't make ELS work for you. I've done a lot of research and followed this form for a while and think I'm ready to try my hand with them. Done lease purchase before, made #### good money even when I was paying for parts or repairs on a truck with 950,000 miles and only averaging 6.2mpg. Run smarter, not harder.

What's everyone that has been working for eagle been pulling per mile to the truck? I let boy wonder dm primarily do my loads....guess What? 1.14 a mile after Eagles cut and my dh factored in...and no not a lot of dh....best load I had was 1.27 to the truck and I nabbed that one......so hears my Question? What am I doing wrong....and no I don't have any experience negotiating brokers and knowing lane prices...I don't mind doing but it will take time to develop that coz I'm starting dead newbie at it....do I dump boy wonder? Talk to his boss? Put pressure on him to do better.?..he totally relies on mainly one Chr agent.....an most are heavy....last time I said something to him...he told me to find it myself...well kiss my axx...I don't know how to do that yet and have to run my axx off to make a dime...besides...isn't that his job? Suggestions from eagle drivers currently running now....THX

Is expecting 1.50 a mile to the truck asking too much? Seems to my dm it is.....always blames rates or the area or me....like I know the rates in a given area....wtf...I'm frustrated....1.14 a mile....:biggrin_25516:

It usually takes a day or so. Trust me they will call you back. I just started and needless the orientation is a little disorganized, but be patient and u will get through it. FYI make sure you are very forthcoming in our app, cause they will check, they will go thru it with a fine tooth comb. If all that is good u should be there no more than 3 day's. Pick ur truck early so that is done. Other than that its good so far, very fair at eagle

What did they have available this week for trucks? I know their inventory changes daily but I'm willing to hold out for a truck I want, not what's there at that time.

Gonna go reefer so I can have the option for dry/vented loads also. Would love to have a W9, but without an APU, no thanks. Pete 579 the#1 choice, T680 second.
