    Hi everyone,

I was following Sharpp's original thread running with JCT and was very interested, but it seems like he stopped posting some time ago. Too bad, if he was still with JCT I wanted to give him the credit for a referral. I read his posts and the posts of others also leasing with JCT and I'm willing to give them a shot, so I filled out an application. I'm glad to get all the information upfront, even the downsides. A pet deposit of $2000 up front is definitely a bummer to have my little min-pin on my truck. Well, I'm open to input and suggestions from anyone here who's with JCT and thank you in advance.

Yeah, that pet deposit seems really high. But after seeing a driver with THREE Danes, I can understand it!

Yeah but use common sence u know if u ur at a customer that doesnt allow pets then dont do it but as far as having it truck unless ur called into the shop then who knows if u have the form for it or not thats what is wrong with trucking anymore to many back stabbing crybaby snitches i agree with what ur sayin flatbed but it is rediculas two pay that much when were already paying for the truck and the fuel and everything else

They look at in the way if they get the truck back for whatever reason and inside is trashed because of ROVER they want to have it covered $ wise , same reason I have a NO PET POLICY now days only took 2 to ruin it for everyone.

Having an unauthorized pet on your truck is a quick and sure way to be shown the door by JCT. The last time I was at the yard (Jan), there was a husband/wife team cleaning out their truck (and chucking trash all over the yard to boot) after their contract was terminated when they were found with a dog in their truck they didn't notify JCT about.

JCT may be laid back..but they're not that laid back.

I don't mind paying the 2g but it should be split.
