You could just buy the paper atlas and call customers for directions. Never failed me once. Dont have to worry bout internet to update it or the gps unit not working. My atlas is real nice piece of equipment.

 

I agree..... Except when the customer has stated explicitly that drivers NOT call them..... Then I have to go thru dispatch. I use my atlas a lot for the main roads.... Have to rely on dispatch for local......

 

I'm trying to find the long and lat "button" on my phone.... No internet where I'm stuck tonight. But I reviews the overpass and sur as gold, its not on the overpass in the picture which would be why I didn't see it on my review of the route.... The junction is in Irving just east of Burger King.....

 

How are you posting this without Internet?

 

Post 109 says it it SR 20 going onto I-90 Toll Booths, This is not going onto I-90.

42.562521, -79.116785 is the Lat/Long. I don't see any posted signs on the overpass or before the overpass on either side.

Is this the correct location? It is East of the BK in Irving.

The Toll Booth at 42.559984, -79.115419 shows a semi w/trailer in the Street View.

Post 105 says you saw the signs, but post 113 says you don't see the signs. I see no signs on Street View unless they were added later.

No Wi-Fi for my laptop computer.... Phone and tablet I'm using 4G Verizon. I don't have as many features on my phone. Mark, as soon as I can get a long and lat I will.... I see the google pic and there is no sign indicating the overpass is 12'11" but as the picture I took, it CLEARLY shows the sign of clearance. I've got the overpass and the rest of my connection to I-90 on my dash cam.

 

Your picture did not show up. I sent it to RM GIS to look at. There is an app called Map Coordinates by S & S Development that is for the phone, move the map to the location and it will show the Lat/Long.

If you can post a pic of the sign for that overpass it would be helpful RM GIS shows SR 20 is a STAA route and nothing in the NY listing showing that overpass is 12'11".

I'll try to upload the picture again..... I'll take a screenshot of my GPS video, that shows long, lat, direction and earth view. Not sure why the attachments aren't coming thru though
