Here's the deal with 2 years exp u have no clue on how things are out there on the road I would rather hear from a dispatcher then u at least they are about the money. Halpinuout yes I do work my friend im with sni before there I was with central for 4 years and swift bought them out so I left I didn't want to work for them. Then I went to usf holland I left them because the Union negotiationed a contract that 17% of our wages would go back to the company which made my check go down from 1400 net to 900 to 1100 net. And drop our pension and made it to where we had to work 4 years to get 1 year paid on it so I left . The other companies I left I had good reason also which if u like send me a pm and I'll show u and u would have a better understanding on why it made sense to leave those places.

 

Fajo well let's see when someone try's to help they don't open up a statement with insult so I don't call that help. If u really read what some of the guys was saying u will see why they got their feeling hurt. I can take the criticism my friend as long as it ant insulting. Now mr mj1657 see I didn't insult the person u predicted I would. Now I take all advice and glad people are taking the time to read and respond to my treads it's good feedback. I get pm all day long it comes directly to my smart phone . U couldn't imagine how many people ask me what I've learnd and what do I think. So I must be asking the right questions for people who want to know but afraid to ask. Really I don't blame them cause some of u people own here just like to try and bash people I got thick skin and I can dish it right back.
