Thanks everyone. I ended up heading to Lethbridge and there's a place there called AV Brake. They had pretty good prices...about 10 bucks per chain cheaper. Also, grabbed the rest of the stuff from Fleet Brake while I was in town.
I couldn't find any used stuff in Sask or Alberta but I did get a set of lumber tarps, 2 steel tarps, and a windshield tarp for 800 bucks so that was pretty good I thought.
