    Good to hear it. You should be proud.

    Just curious, are you following the program or just winging it? I seem to remember smoking 'as normal' for the first 7 days while taking half doses and on day 8 when you're supposed to start with full doses, I stopped completely. Sounds like you're weaning yourself, but however works best for you.

    I don't do good with programs. I gotta do it my way or I'll fail. And smoking normally is one right after the other. I have health goals I want to achieve. Already started losing weight. So here we go!

    Before we go on our extended break here while they update the site, running one from Strasburg, VA to Sumner, Seattle, Grandview and Algona, WA. Over 3000 miles this week. Made it from Strasburg to the J in Lake Station, IN with 36 minutes to spare on the clock. Tomorrow I'll be in North Dakota somewhere, most likely near Fargo. Last 3 weeks have been strong.

    1. Front Royal, VA to Strasburg, VA to 3 stops Washington State final in Kent

    2. Kent, WA to Canby & Silverton, OR to New Hope, PA then DH to Strasburg, VA

    2. This one! Lol

    Its been pretty productive and I haven't broken down yet (knock on wood). See ya if you're running this way!

    Me, in about an hour or so, I'll be heading down south of here to pick up 48,000 pounds of drywall, full tarping it, then spend the weekend hoofing it to 'Bama-lama for delivery early Monday.

    It's a good time for TTR to be doing the upgrade thing.
