I'll add this: After watching them try to back down the street, I understand the urge to u-turn. Many of them can't even maintain a straight back at idle, and it takes them 15 minutes to back up to where the docks are.

I'd just have a customer sign made saying

    No U Turn Ahead
    Blind Side Back
    Into Entrance

I'm guessing some where in the past is an under ride accident that Stevens had to shell out big money for, hence the zero tolerance policy.

I know we as drivers like to think company's do stuff just to be pricks to us, but there is usually a very good reason for some of the policies we are all subject to.

I for one agree with not making U-Turns in the middle of a two way or divided highway. See it's these kind of things that save lives. I've seen the results of run under accidents and they weren't pretty.

No Hammmer my good man the problem is YOu....obviously you do NOT know how to properly fix a fence......So seein as how I like ya...(kinda)I'll make ya a proposition....that kills 2birds w/one stone....send me the location...

First I will demonstrate how to properly Tear down a fence w/a big truck(Not my pretty Pete of course....so you'll have to lend me an old rack)so said fence cannot recover and will have to be removed...

Then I will don my supervisory White Shirt&hard hat and show you how to build a proper redneck stay the #### of my property fence....once complete....i will provide the adult bevarges....you will supply the lawn chairs....and we can split the cut we take from the heavy wrecker outfit in the area we have anointed to clean up the wrecks....and then it will be fence=everytime....trucks=Never

Have your people call my people and we'll set it up......;)

Ruthless, truckon, wore out and 6 others Thank this.
