I agree, that is just outrigh nastiness!! You should put an end to this right away, as the old sang goes, give them an inch and theyll take a mile. You definately need to speak with someone about this!! Sounds like this person is very short on manners and respect for others.![]()
Company has assigned me to be a team driver. Teammate has horrible habits!!!

Don't leave any of your socks lying around.
-
Get away from him! If you do not feel right about something, tell somebody at the company.
Even if he did not have the sleeper-pleasure habits, being in that kind of environment of him reiking, you cannot learn well. You need to be at-ease to fully be able to comprehend everything that goes on in the truck to learn from.
Do not put up with a dirty-stinking co-driver! -
This is sexual harassment. All companies have a policy against it. You need to report him to safety and to your manager immediately!
-
I wouldn't even tolerate that from my husband! I'd be on the phone with the disbatcher before he could rub another one out! GROSS!
-
Every company I have had experience with over the years and even some I haven't, have policies on sexual harrassment. Report this guy and quick. Look out for yourself, if the company doesn't respond check out state or federal laws regarding it. Main thing is DO SOMETHING NOW.
-
That's Just Nasty! Report him NOW, no one has to put up with that, the bad hygiene would be enough to make me want out of that truck.
-
You deserve a gold star just for putting up with that nasty crap!

Please tell me you are covering the drivers seat before you sit down??
You know the obvious answer to this.... make him stop....
However, if you really want to play this game.... take care of the documentation first (take pictures, video, audio the sounds etc...) .... then get a box of latex gloves (which you should already have with this dude around).... pick up those nasty ### tissues and start "throwing them away" in his pillowcase, his sleeping bag, his shoes, his socks, his ice box etc....... stick one in each item he owns...... he should get the picture fairly quickly.....
Some people just need to be told NO.... you are NOT going to do that.... then they stop and everything is fine......... for your sake I hope he is one of those.....
I'm certainly assertive, but I am also quite warped (in my own way), so if it was me and I could put up with the rest of his habits .......... at the next truck stop I would find the local lot lizzard......... walk him over and very loudly ask her how much she would charge to take care of his nasty ### because you are tired of his DIY methods.......... I would have the cash ready in hand........ when she gives you the price, slap it in her palm, tell her it is a bargain, and walk away!

Man toys..... that is funny..... but I thought that was what he was messin with to start with....
Good Advice! Take it now......... don't wait!!
Yeah, give us the name of the company......... we can all email them for you and tell them they need to put out a company memo that says trainers are not permitted to require trainees to pick up ### soaked tissues as part of their training ................
That might get his attention when he sees his actions in writing and knows EVERYONE got a copy!
Daddy, I think she is more afraid of falling asleep with her mouth open.......
eewwwhhhh.......
You already know this.....
Oh, I'm thinkin if it was a hubby she could get creative and stop it REAL fast!!!
Honestly the best advice......... you may be able to put up with it but what about the next gal?

ew. ew. ew. No amount of money could possibly be worth having to see those nasty tissues all over the floor. Does he pick them up at SOME point? Have you mentioned anything to him?
-
I wonder where this would fall in terms of DOT inspections?
It could be worse... after all he might not bother using tissues at all...
