    IF I have to get a new LCM for my 04 670 can I use eBay. I have seen them on there. My question is how do I match it up and is it just plug and play? Some are advertised as years 03-10. My LCM # is 20514900-01. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Some volvo engines do not start if VIN in LCM and VIN ore truck differ. With cummins engine - no problem

    Just install it.
    if all work ok - keep drivining

    if wont starting - cut j1708 and J1939 wires, Drive truck to volvo, connect wires and reprogram.

    What engine do u have
    what LCM damage did u get?

    Well one nite my dash lights went out and I lost some of my trailer lights. The truck display shows Check LCM. All fuses are good.

    All six LCM power supply fuses?

    Can u post me LCM active code list?

    And it is not all, some Volvos have hidden LCM fuse panes (six fuses), usually EU cabovers....

    You are really great Pablo. To MoneyMike the Canadian dealers will tell you if the lcm you have is compatible with your truck without reprogramming. But Pablo is the expert.

    Pablo it says....mid 216.....psid 51...fmi4. I lost dash lites on tractor only. On Trlr I lost marker lites and lites over doors on rear of Trlr.

    PSID 51 is the park/marker relay code.

    Check relay #2. May be loose contact. May be bad relay.

    Hey
    Pablo I checked relay #2 and swapped it around. No change. Putting out same code. I tried to clear it on the dash but it stays Active electrical fault. And like I said I lost my dash lites at the same time.
