Truck Stops with a grocery store right across the road and safe to walk to

Here at home on I-74 at the 149 exit, you can walk 2-3 blocks north of the Love's to IGA grocery store and Dollar General. The grocery store's fairly small but it's only a couple years old and probably has most things you'd be after. The DG has a decent supply of the basic grocery stuff too.

 

Crossville, Tn I40 exit 320 the BP Eco Travel Plaza there is a Save-A-Lot store 1 block west

 

Call me lazy,but I like to park close to were I shop,walmart,sams whatever. Some smaller truckstops are combo grocery too.Some in the Dakotas are like a farm and fleet.

 

The Flying J in Walton, Kentucky (exit 171 of I 75), has a Kroger on the other side of the highway. There is also a good Mexican restaurant (El Toro) in the shopping center. If you purchase something at the Kroger, you will likely find a $2 coupon on the back of the receipt. There is also a Kohl's and several other dining options.

 

There's a walmart directly across the street from the pilot in pittston PA. Wouldn't recommend that pilot, though, never any parking.

 

T/A I-95 exit 56 New Haven, CT has a Stop & Shop grocery store across the street.

Oklahoma. I-35 exit 15. Marietta. Valero Truck Stop. Across the street is a Dollar General and Homeland Grocery Store. It is kind of a long walk, 1.5 blocks, but you can safely drop your trailer at the Valero and bobtail over there if necessary. Small town and no hassle truck stop.

 

x 253 if memory serves,Winslow,AZ truck stop closed, but still ample parking there, Walmart right next door

 

Not sure if already mentioned. Loves in Bennett, CO outside Denver.
