On a serious note you can do sit-ups on your bed. Get some 10-15 llb dumb bells and do curls. What you really need to do is watch your eating. Those All you can eat buffet, pizzas,wings, donuts can add up quickly . You can put on 25llbs or more before you blink and eye

If you drive a 53ft flatbed heavy haul by the time you strap the load and tarp it then drive 400 miles biking doesnt sound that great sleep does.

Stay in shape? McDonald's and Arby's, no excersize, smoking 3 packs a day and copious amounts of Mountain Dew keep lots of drivers in shape- really ####ing round.

Remember there's a difference between working out, and working. Meaning, if you're moving heavy bulky objects it's much easier to strain a muscle than doing resistance or cardio training. If you have an iPhone use the Health app to track your daily steps, or get one of those wrist bands. Monitoring in itself will increase interest and probability of developing habits.

Outside of not eatin at the truck stop I don't do much of anything to stay "fit". Sex doesn't burn off enough calories, so there's that.

I use a Kettlebell. Cardio and strength all in one. I do pushups, air squats, and calf raises as well. Those few things keep me in shape. I do that every other day.

Flatbed will help you stay in shape for sure. Also if you tend to eat out of boredom carry some fruit.
