I have a 2007 T 600 and the zipper broke couple of months ago and tried to find another one is like finding a hay in a needle stack?

They do not sell just the zipper, have to buy the complete sleeper curtains either new $ 650.00 or find a used set $300.00.

Advice and or suggestions are GREATLY Appreciated.

The T660 we have on our fleet has the zipper broken too. Guess it's a common fail point.

Maybe attach some button fasteners or velcro straps.

If you can take the curtains out I would think an upholstery shop could replace the zipper for you.

    MJ1657 Thanks this.

Yes, Velcro that simply sticks on one side.
    Or magnets.

Velcro strips can be found at any truck stop.

The only KW Aerocab I've ever driven didn't have enough curtain to overlap and Velcro. It was such a pain I started draping a blanket over the seats when I went to bed.

Sometimes if a tailoring shop is closer, they can do this as well. They do have machines to sew thru all types of fabric, and the cost may be nearly the same. In fact I had a tailoring shop get me a long zipper as well , just not for a sleeper curtain set.
