Companies that will hire with a felony (burglary)

Up until last Wednesday i was all set to go to orientation for Navajo Express. When i called to confirm everything was still good, i was informed that my background check did not pass their safety department. I have a felony from 2008 (burglary) which i did a little time for. I was upfront with the recruiter since our first conversation, she said it was not an issue with the recruiting department, but it turns out she was wrong. Since then every company i have talked to have said that they need more time since the time of offense, most are 10 years. I have done a lot of research on here and Western Express keeps coming up as a second chance company. I'll suck it up and drive for them if i have to, to gain my experience (if they will even hire me). But i was wondering if there are any other company's that might be a little lenient on the background thing, maybe one geared more for the west coast? Any info is appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
